The unfurling of the Torah on Simchat Torah is a sight to behold, especially since it’s unspooled and held aloft by every adult and child present. This holiday, which marks the completion of the Torah and the start of it all again, coincides with Shabbat this year, ensuring a celebration that's doubly festive.
