Book of Remembrance

Our tradition teaches us to honor the memories of our departed loved ones during the Yizkor services on the holiest day of the year, Yom Kippur. With love and devotion to the fond and sacred memories of our cherished loved ones, Central Synagogue embraces this tradition for our extended virtual community by presenting The Book of Remembrance.

If you are part of our virtual community and would like to share the name of an immediate family member who passed between October 3, 2024 and September 23, 2025, please fill out this form. Only one form per person will be accepted.

Submission deadline is Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 5:00 pm ET.

Additionally, for those who submit names using our form, please check your inbox the morning of October 1, 2025 for a link to The Book of Remembrance.
