How do you want or need to heal? As we transition from the reflective month of Elul into the spiritual work of the High Holidays, you may be holding a mix of questions, contradictions, grief, and hope. Join Dr. Betsy Stone, Rabbi Sarah Berman, and Rabbi Hilly Haber as we explore how post-traumatic growth can guide our spiritual emergence this holiday season. Together, we’ll engage in discussion, read poetry, and participate in silent reflection. Let us bring our whole, blossoming selves into High Holiday worship this year.
